I recognize that neither Reset nor its employees are licensed physicians, medical professionals, psychologists, or mental health professionals, and they do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or heal any physical, emotional, psychological, or mental conditions or illnesses. I accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, psychological, mental, and spiritual well-being, as well as my reactions and responses to any information presented during the services provided by Reset. I understand that any information obtained through these services, such as readings or healings, is considered intuitive and for guidance purposes only, and it is not intended to constitute professional, legal, medical, emotional, psychological or financial advice. I acknowledge that any actions taken based on the information received through these services are my own responsibility. I understand that Reset makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the services, and I release Reset from any liability for any loss or damages, including physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential, based on the information or advice provided during these services. I agree that all sessions will be recorded for accuracy. I understand that the services provided by Reset are subject to my own interpretation and that I may receive special offers or communications via email. I have the option to opt out of these communications at any time. I acknowledge that the services are only offered to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. I understand that any conversations and information shared during the services are confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law. I agree that any payments made for services are nonrefundable, and I will not copy, share, or use any written or electronic records of the work done by Reset or its representatives without written consent. By participating in the services offered by Reset, I confirm my informed consent and release of liability, and I agree to the terms outlined in this document. I understand that this agreement may be updated from time to time, and I provide my electronic signature as confirmation of my agreement to the terms set forth in this informed consent.
